300g Monti Trentini Asiago pressato
1 egg
white flour
breadcrumbs
olive oil for frying
salt
30 minutes
easy
Cut the cheese into cubes of about 2cm. Coat with flour, then with the beaten egg and salt and finally with the breadcrumbs. Fry them in a pan, removing them when golden brown. Place them on paper towel to eliminate any excess oil. Can be served as an appetizer or with a fresh vegetable mixed salad.
