Thanks to our skilled cheesemakers and to our Quality department we are able to develop new products and formats that can perfectly respond to customer needs. Through different types of wrapping, cutting and packaging systems we can customize the product, ensuring distinctiveness and granting added value appreciated by the final consumer. Production, aging and packaging, three main activities of our structure, are therefore flexible to adapt to customer needs and respond promptly to the market.


Structure and organization

Our Grigno dairy consists in 5 different units:

  • The first is dedicated to the production of Grana Padano PDO,
  • The second to the production of Asiago PDO, Provolone Valpadana PDO, other semi-hard cheeses and pasta filata cheeses,
  • The third to the production of caciotta cheese,
  • The forth to the aging rooms,
  • And the last one to the cutting and wrapping process.


We use functional and innovative technologies which guarantee the full compliance with health and hygiene regulations at all stages of production: from milk collection, storage and quality control, its transformation, cheese maturing and refining to its cutting and wrapping.
The entire production cycle is always under our direct control. The cheesemaker has a decisive role: from the choice of raw material to the monitoring of compliance with production regulations.
