Two prizes at the World Cheese Awards!

Casearia Monti Trentini celebrates another outstanding international achievement, winning two prestigious medals at the World Cheese Awards, the most important global stage dedicated to the art of cheesemaking.

Two products symbolising Monti Trentini’s cheesemaking tradition reached the podium:

Asiago PDO Stravecchio, awarded the gold medal,

Malghe di Vezzena, winner of the silver medal.

The victory of Asiago PDO Stravecchio comes shortly after the success achieved at Caseus Veneti, where Caseificio Finco – also led by the Finco family – secured top placements with its Asiago cheeses. Another result that confirms the quality of the Finco family’s production and its ability to excel both in Italian competitions and on the most prestigious international stages.
