Caseificio Finco has achieved outstanding success at the 21st edition of Caseus Veneti, the prestigious regional competition celebrating the excellence of Veneto’s dairy tradition. The company received top honors in the categories dedicated to Asiago PDO cheeses, confirming its reputation for quality and craftsmanship.
Two of Finco’s signature products earned first place in their respective categories: Asiago PDO Fresco – Mountain Product and Asiago PDO Stravecchio – Mountain Product. Both cheeses embody the purity of mountain milk, the skill of master cheesemakers, and a deep respect for the artisanal heritage that defines Caseificio Finco. Adding to the triumph, Asiago PDO Vecchio was awarded third place, further demonstrating the exceptional quality of the dairy’s range across different aging styles.
